Our Process
After you have sent in the below completed reservation form and we have confirmed availability on your selected Retreat, we will send you a courtesy hold confirmation (ie. Your tentative booking) via email that is valid for 3 days.
Reservations require non refundable AU$500 payment within 3 days of the time the reservation is made or your tentative booking is automatically released. After you pay your deposit you have 3 payment options:1) Full payment is accepted at any time 2) 2 further equal instalments due by the 20th October and 20th January in your year of travel (May Retreats) OR due by the 20th December and 20th February in your year of travel (August Retreats); 3) a monthly payment plan* with equal monthly payments due by the 20th of each month up until the 20th of the month, two months before you travel. (*incurs a $50 service fee).
Our Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, $500 payment is required within 3 days of receiving your tentative booking confirmation email from us. Full Payment is required by the 20th March. Payment Details will be sent to you in the confirmation email, you can pay by PayPal (a Paypal surcharge is added) or direct transfer. Please note that a 2.75% foreign exchange fee has been included in your Retreat rate, so there aren’t any additional taxes and charges to the prices price we advertise
